Our Accommodation facilities ensures your stay is relaxing and memorable and features:

• Two-storey establishment with the upstairs wing comprising four tastefully decorated queen size guest rooms, Spa and Sauna Room and tea & coffee making facilities.

• Our Bali Room is very spacious and overlooks our 8 person hydrotherapy spa nestled under a Balinese thatch gazebo. Featuring queen size bed, ensuite, leather armchairs, table & chairs, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan, electric blanket, Stocked Mini Bar, TV/ DVD, DVD Movies, clock radio/SD/MP3 docking station, Essential Oil Vaporizer, hair dryer, quality Spa Pure Essence toiletries, robes, complimentary slippers to take home and quality linen. Maximum 2 adults.  Bali Room from $195 per couple, per night including a fully cooked breakfast.

• Our Tranquil Room painted in the balancing colours of green features queen size bed, ensuite, cane lounge, ceiling fan, oil heater, electric blanket, TV/DVD, DVD Movies, clock radio/SD/MP3 docking station, hair dryer, quality Spa Pure Essence toiletries and quality linen. Maximum 2 adults. Tranquil Room from $175 per couple, per night including a fully cooked breakfast.

• Our Cosy Room for those who have been out and about all day and need somewhere to rest their weary head features queen size bed, ensuite, 2 seater couch, ceiling fan, oil heater, electric blanket, TV, clock radio/SD/MP3 docking station, hair dryer, quality Spa Pure Essence toiletries and quality linen. Maximum 2 adults. Cosy Room from $150 per couple, per night including a fully cooked breakfast.

• Our Ocean Room (hear the sound of the ocean – not ocean views) features queen size bed and pull-out sofa bed, ensuite, ceiling fan, oil heater, electric blanket, TV/ DVD, DVD Movies, clock radio/SD/MP3 docking station, hair dryer, quality Spa Pure Essence toiletries and quality linen. Maximum 3 adults.  Ocean Room from $175 per couple, per night including a fully cooked breakfast.  Additional person $75 per night.

• The upstairs foyer has a communal mini-bar fridge with a selection of champagne, beer, wine, mixed drinks and soft drinks.  Peanuts, chips, chocolates are also available to purchase.

• Complimentary DVD Movies for your enjoyment are available in the upstairs foyer

• Day Spa offering relaxation and intuitive massage, facials, hydrotherapy spa, infrared sauna, pedicures, manicures, chakra balancing and reiki. Bookings are essential prior to arrival day and subject to availability.   A 50% deposit is required for all Day Spa Treatments to secure booking time.  Due to popularity therapies are not available on a spur of the moment basis.  Click on "Health & Wellbeing" for more information.

• Separate guest lounge area downstairs with DVD Player, games, books & magazines.

• Fully licensed restaurant available for breakfast and dinner.  Dinner selection is required by 4pm.  2 and 3 course dinner menu is only available for those who have booked a "Dinner Package".  Table d'hote is available otherwise (menu changes daily)

• Surf Beach just a 5 minute stroll.

• 2 minute drive to Venus Bay Shops.

• Group bookings welcome for lunches, dinner, special occasions - minimum 6 people, maximum 30 people. 

• Check-in from 2:00pm; check-out by 11:00 am.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Venus Bay Getaways is an adults only establishment and does not cater for children under 18 years of age.

• We are "hosted accommodation", we do not self-cater. 

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking either by credit card (a 2% surcharge will apply) or direct credit into BSB 083975 Account No 573287520 in the name of Venus Bay Getaways (NAB).

• Upon arrival, we will ask for your credit card number for security and incidentals.  Please be rest assured that any personal information that we collect will remain confidential.  If you do not have a credit card, a $50 deposit will be required.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• No refunds for early departures.

• No refunds if you don't use all the facilities in the Package you have purchased.

• All tariffs are per night, per couple and include a fully cooked breakfast.

• All tariffs are in Australian dollars and include GST.

• Day Spa treatments need to be booked and paid for prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.  No refunds are available if you decide to cancel your booking.

• Hydrotherapy Spa and Infrared Sauna can be booked upon arrival and subject to availability.

• Prices are valid as of 1st October 2008 and subject to change without notice.

• Check in from 2pm and check out 11pm.
