  • Venus Bay Getaways is an adults only establishment and does not cater for children under 18 years of age.  Unfortunately if you arrive with children, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
  • We are "hosted accommodation" (boutique hotel-style), we do not self-cater.
  • Check in time is from 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am.
  • No refunds for early departures.
  • No refunds if you choose not to use pre-booked day spa treatments/facilities.
  • To avoid disappointment, we would recommend booking Day Spa services prior to arrival.
  • Full payment is required to secure your booking if your stay is within 30 days of booking.  A 2% surcharge applies to credit card bookings.
  • If your booking is beyond 30 days or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (+2% credit card surcharge).  One month prior to your arrival, the balance will be automatically deducted from your credit card.
  • All tariffs are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of your stay is not refundable unless the room is re-booked for the entire period.  If it is re-booked, then a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellations more than 30 days is refunded, however a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Gift Vouchers are paid in full upfront with a 12 month expiration.
